Privacy notice

Lecturn is an open-source project operated by Cloud Gatherer Labs. This notice describes the Lecturn deployment at lecturn.cloudgatherer.net and relay.cloudgatherer.net.

Your account and connections

Clerk handles account sign-in and authentication. Our hosted services store account and linked-environment identifiers and connection metadata needed to connect your clients to your computer. Cloudflare provides hosting and connection routing; PlanetScale stores service data. Resend delivers service emails.

Subscriptions and billing

Stripe processes subscription payments and billing details, including the contact and billing address information you enter at Checkout. Lecturn stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and term information, payment status, refund and dispute references, and access decisions to operate Connect and resolve billing issues. Lecturn does not store your full payment card number or security code.

Deleting an account stops its managed access and initiates subscription settlement. Billing and audit records may remain where needed to resolve outstanding payments, disputes, or legal obligations. Contact accounts@cloudgatherer.net with questions about your billing records.

Your coding work

Your computer runs the coding agents and stores local project and conversation state. A remote client exchanges application traffic through the connection service. Your chosen model and coding-agent providers process the prompts, code, and other information you send to them under their own policies. Do not assume remote traffic or diagnostic records contain no sensitive information.

Analytics and diagnostics

Lecturn uses PostHog for product analytics and Axiom for operational diagnostics. Product analytics can be disabled in the app's privacy settings. That setting does not disable all local diagnostic logs or hosted operational logging needed to run and troubleshoot the service. Diagnostic data may include errors, timings, identifiers, and connection details. Automatic session replay and automatic interaction capture are not enabled for this deployment.
