Using Lecturn

Lecturn is an open-source coding-agent client and connection service operated by Cloud Gatherer Labs. This page describes the project and its service dependencies.

Open-source software

Software use and redistribution are covered by the repository's MIT license, including its copyright notices and warranty disclaimer. The original contributors retain their copyrights. Lecturn is independently operated by Cloud Gatherer Labs LLC.

Your providers and environment

You bring your own coding-agent subscriptions and credentials. Those providers' terms continue to apply. You control the computers, repositories, and accounts you connect, and should review agent actions before applying changes to important systems.

Lecturn Connect subscriptions

Connect Personal is available in the United States for $10 per month or $100 per year in USD, plus applicable taxes. It includes up to three managed environments, managed push notifications and Live Activities. Local connections, direct pairing, SSH and Tailscale remain free.

The 14-day trial requires a payment card. Your selected subscription renews automatically after the trial and at each monthly or annual term. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. You can manage your payment method and cancel through Billing in Lecturn.

Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid or trial term. A failed renewal after a previously paid term receives a three-day grace period. A failed first payment after a trial does not receive that grace period. When access expires, managed connections close and new managed notifications and Live Activities stop; your local work remains available.

Contact accounts@cloudgatherer.net for refunds or billing help. A full refund of the current term ends access for that term. Partial refunds and refunds for an older term do not end a newer paid term. Disputed payments may suspend the affected term while reviewed. These access rules do not promise automatic refund eligibility or limit rights required by applicable law.

Existing users receive a 30-day transition without automatic subscription enrollment or charges. A subscription begins only when you choose a plan and complete Checkout.
